Yoga on the Great Yoga Wall

Practice a series of standing poses, forward folds, backbends, and inversions using the Great Yoga Wall as a prop.

  • Feel the proper alignment of each pose with the support of the wall strap.

  • Extend the spine and counterbalance the aging effects of gravity.

  • Leave class feeling taller.

  • Have fun exploring the various uses of an amazing prop!
