Yoga Study Group


Yoga is sooo much more than the physical practice of holding the asanas, or poses. In this combination online, self-guided, and group discussion study group, we will dig into yoga philosophy and explore the other eight limbs of yoga. Each week will include self-paced reading, writing and reflection. We'll meet once a month, virtually or in-person when we're able, to unpack and discuss the themes and topics in the readings.

Online and self-guided study begins via email on Wednesday, April 15 with ongoing, weekly readings and group reflections.
